Strength-Training Programs
Whether with a trainer, coach or on your own, the Y has the most current weights and equipment available for members at all locations.
Clinical Fitness Program
The Sentara Clinical Fitness Program is targeted to assist physician-referred patients who have been released from traditional therapy.
Personal Training
Certified trainers will work one-on-one with you, cheer you on during every challenge, encourage you to try your hardest and keep you on track.
